FAQ for Toyota RAV4 2006-2012 Aftermarket Navigation Car Stereo
1. How to remove the Toyota RAV4 factory car radio?
1) remove four hexagon socket screws from the decorative board around the car stereo.
2) gently pry the panel from the dashboard.
3) remove the decorative board and put it aside.
4) when the dashboard trim board is removed, two nuts on the top may fall into the dashboard.
5) gently squeeze with pliers and reinstall.
6) remove 4 10mm screws and fix the stereo sound of the car to the dashboard.
7) pull the car stereo from the dashboard.
8) remove the antenna wire and release the trigger on the connector to disconnect.
2. 2006-2012 Toyota RAV4 radio replacement
If you buy the same product as ours, you can refer to the following tutorial:
1) remove 2 screws from the top of the new radio.
2) install 8 screws on the new car radio.
3) insert the factory plug.
4) all plugs after connection.
5) check all accessories for the new GizOK car radio.
6) connect the wire harness to the back of the new GizOK car radio.
7) connect GizOK car radio to the original car radio plug.
8) turn on the new GizOK radio and check everything is ok. If not, check that all cables are properly connected.
9) if the new GizOK car radio works correctly, put it in the dashboard.
10) put all contents in the original location and complete all installation.
