Warranty Policy:

All of our products are covered by a 12-month warranty, including technology support and repair service.
1. GizOK offers free technology support, operation suggestion and repair service during warranty.
2. Warranty time starts from the day when the parcel is sent .
3. GizOK will still try to offer service for those products which are over the warranty

About the fee during warranty:

1) GizOK offer free repair service, but customer need undertake two sides shipping fee.
2) When change to another head unit, the price difference is needed between 2 model.
3) GizOK offer free replace part, but customer need undertake deposit and shipping fee for the new replace part, also need undertale return shipping for the old part
4) Customer need undertake the tax fee when exchange the head unit or receive the replacement part.
